These are excellent vitamins. I discovered them by asking a nutritionist @ Erewhon in Los Angeles what she used. She recommended these and explained why they are better. I'm not that smart, so don't remember everything accept that they are 100% organic whole food and the nutrients have been placed in a base of 'fermented soy'. I think that nutrients have been activated to release more trace nutrients...something like that. You'll need to find your own nutritionist to get a better answer. Whatever; I swear by them. Everyone around me gets sick and I never do. When I found them on Amazon, I had been paying $80 per bottle - quantity 90. My cleaning lady had asked me to recommend good vitamins for her and her daughter. I wanted to recommend mine (new chapter organics every woman's one daily), but felt they were too expensive for her. So looked on line to see if I could find them at a better price. What I discovered was I had been paying HIGHER than RETAIL at the Nature Mart in Los Feliz! Either that or Amazon is just having some insane sale! Maybe so, because Amazon limited my quantity to 3. My mom, sister, cleaning lady and her daughter all had to buy their own.

I was recommended to try these by a friend. I was already taking a multivitamin that I had purchased in the past that made me very sick to my stomach. Even when taken on a full stomach I felt ill. She said get these Vitamins from New Chapter, they are one of the vitamins that can be taken without food and you will not feel sick. She was right, they are great! They are hard to swallow at first a big pill, but overtime it gets easier. I am going to add taking there version of bone health vitamins since I would like to increase my Calcium, but overall this vitamin is a great start.

I love these vitamins, (other than the size),because I can take them on an empty stomach and they will not make me sick or give me a tummy ache. I like that they have beneficial prebiotics and probiotics built into the vitamin as well.

These are excellent multi-vitamins also sold at GNC and Whole Foods, but for more than 50% less of what the stores are selling them.
